The meeting went well but I was still so restless to meet my girl - yes my lady , my girl , my would be wife . I don't know why I feel peace settling inside my whole body whenever I think about her and on the top of that is she is going to be my wife soon . There are only ten days left by now and my heart is on the top of its pace  . I smiled internally at the thought of it . 

I messaged her quickly , "Hello , My Lady . Your man is free now." I pressed the send and relaxed on my leather chair staring at the ceiling of the room . Thinking just how can someone change you just in a month . That someone could become this important in your life but Still I am not sure about love . 

Am I capable for loving someone ? What If I hurt her ? What Ifs filled my mind , and My head felt like exploding just now . But my concern for her real , I do not - will never hurt her NEVER , even if I was the one burning the chaos of hell . I would save her from everything , from me , from her demons and this whole world too . I would burn for her if I am the one who hurt her . 

I promised  myself to take care of her and Rehan in every possible way I could do . This time I would not be alike my past . I would take over  my past and not let my Demons touch her a bit . 

My hands shivered as my heart rate was on top and it felt like I was in that dark place from where I could not escape a bit . Not even light can enter or escape from the world I have seen . 

"See who's here A Man-whore."        "Will you give us a performance babe."    "You are not even a man." 

Suddenly those demons of mine started taking control of me AGAIN! . I could feel like suffocating and dying at the same time . 

There's a knock on the door but I could not see anything . Its like I am drowning , losing myself again . 

"Sir , Are you okay." A familiar male voice came and his hand rested on my right shoulder . 

I could feel my head thrashing , I want to bang my head somewhere so that I could see my own blood spluttered around everything . My thought started coming to an abrupt halt when I felt that hand stroking my back along with whispering the words to calm me down . 

"Its nothing Sir , you are alright ." He spoke again and I can feel my heartbeat getting back to normal as I can start forming the images in front of me . 

As If knowing about my condition coming back to normal  , He placed a glass of water in front of me which I gulped down without thinking . I took deep breaths while my eyes closed . 

"Are you good Sir?" Mohit asked when I opened my eyes to look at him . He has been with me every time whenever I needed him . He is only loyal person who can trust me with anything and most importantly he is like my best friend . 

"Yes I am , Thank you ." I said as he smiled making me smile too . 

"Was there something important you wanted to tell me?" I asked him as he was knocking on the door a few minutes ago . 

"Sir , you have to take a round around the office today . your schedule says that." He informed me . 

"Okay , I'll see that." I replied and stood up from my chair as he left the room nodding . 

Before going out of the room , I checked my phone to check important messages but there were none not even from her . 

"Are you there?" I sent another message and walked out of my cabin . Mohit was seated in his place doing the work and I went towards the elevator . I entered the elevator and punched the floor number . Soon I reached the tenth floor when the elevator pinged notifying me . 

My phone beeped with a notification but I chose to ignore it because on this floor there was huge ruckus going on that I could not able to look into the matter . 

"What bitch , who the hell you think are ?" A girl's voice came and all the staff members were already gathered around forming a circle around the deed going on . 

"What you think you would hit on my husband?" The same voice came but with more frustration this time . 

"What the hell is going on here ?" I roared drawing  everyone's attention as they looked at me with their faces pale . 

"Sir , these two girls were fighting." One of the member stated and then everyone went to their respective places but I could sense they were eavesdropping . 

"What the hell is going on in my office ?" I said calmly this time . 

"Sir she's the one who was yelling." The girl said who was in  red dress wearing matching heels and her hair were messed up because they were held by the other one who was wearing blue dress . 

"Sir , it wasn't me . " The girl's voice shivered and she left the hairs of the other girl . 

"I don't want such ruckus in my office." I stated with my blank voice . 

"We're sorry sir." They said in unison and then looked at each other with disgust filled emotions . 

"No need for sorry." I stated . And I can tell from the expressions of people there that they were in a great shock .

"Thank you sir." The girl with blue dress spoke with a smile this time . 

"Oh no need for that too , I need both of your resignation letters today by 8 p.m." I stated pocketing my hands and walked away without looking at them as they both were in a great shock by now. 

I reached back to my cabin with long strides and sat back on my chair sighing briefly . 

I then opened my mobile phone and saw a voice message from MY DARLING BIWI . A smile erupted on my lips instantly after reading the notification . 

I opened her chat and started listening the voice message . 

"Daddy you know , today mumma's eyes were red because she got shampoo into her eyes and she caught cold too . I asked her if she was okay she said she was and I should not worry about her but my school . I am going to school tomorrow ." 

The voice message said which was from Rehan and my heart melted at his words for going to school and how he takes care of his mother . But on the other hand my Biwi caught cold . I think I should meet her once .  

So I sent a quick message to her about the meeting . 

I heard footsteps and looked back only to look at my baby monster's face who was running while giggling . 

"Don't you run Baby." I fake glared at him to which he pouted . He slowed down and joined me as he held my index finger in his little hand . 

"What were you blabbering there?" I asked . 

"I was just talking to myself." He stated and I face palmed myself internally . 

"Okay." I smiled and walked downstairs with him by my side . As we both descended downstairs I saw Maa already in the kitchen humming the song . So , We both didn't disturb her and directly started helping her in arranging the dishes . 

"Are you okay , Adhvika ?" She asked with her eyebrows pinched together telling me she is really serious . 

But before I could speak , Rehan told her everything . 

"Daddi , Mumma caught cold and the shampoo got stuck into her eyes that is why she is looking different today ." He went towards her while blabbering . 

"Is it so severe?" She asked coming towards me . 

"It is not so severe Maa , I cleansed the shampoo from my eyes by splashing water." I nodded twice while saying so and she stroked my hair with love blooming in her eyes . 

"Today Avyaan called." She said as we all settled on our mini dining table . 

"What did he say and How he was?" I asked while I fed Rehan . 

"He was good and most importantly very happy for your wedding . But there is a sad part to it too ." She completed sadness lingering in her tone . 

"What sad part?" I asked seriously . 

"He would not be able to attend your wedding." She explained. 

"One more thing , Rathores agreed to your request . They said they want their daughter-in-law happy and healthy ." She spoke again this time with a smile . 

"Ohhhh! Okay." I said and started taking my food . 

"Are you not happy ?" She asked with concern . 

"I'm happy Maa." I pushed smile on my face . 

"Are you sure?" She asked again but I denied saying I'm okay and she doesn't need to worry about . The important thing is I don't want to worry her at any cost , she has faced many things in her life . More than me . She is a strong lady and I want to be like her , Strong and in control . 

We did dinner quietly and then Rehan started crying When I told him to sleep . 

"I want to sleep with Daddi." He said in between his little fake sobs . 

"You can sleep but you have to wake up early for school." I stated so that he could understand the punctuality from now on . 

"Okay." He said coming towards me . 

"Beta Rehan come on now let's sleep." Maa came too in the living room after doing her work in the kitchen . 

"Yes Daddi." He giggled in response .  

"I am very happy that our little baby is going to school." She cheered him up . I saw both of them as the most dramatic people in my life . 

"Adhvika , don't worry . I'll wake him up on time and will also ready him for school." She assured me with a smile . 

"Yes , Adhvika!" The little voice came and I saw Rehan copying the reactions and actions of Maa. Watching him , Maa burst out laughing and picked him up in her lap . Seeing both of them happy made my heart warm with the feeling , I smiled at both of them . 

"You are so naughty Rehan." I fake glared at him and he pouted making a puppy face . He is too cute that I could not resist him at all . 

We then talked a bit talking about my working and about Rehan's school going which is now the major issue as well as the happiest moment too . 

"Good night mumma." He wished me good night and then kissed my cheek . I did the same with him kissing all over his face making him giggle . 

"Good night Adhvika beta." Maa wished too and then they both went to Maa's room . 

Switching on the mini lights in the hall , I came back to my own room . I shut the door , locking it properly . I then moved towards my bed when I felt some movements near my balcony . My heart started beating fast as I stood up from my bed shivering  with the arising fear in my body . I walked slowly taking calculated steps towards the balcony . As I reached near to it , I picked up the glass vase lying near to the window . Without making any noise I tried hitting someone if there was any but I didn't find anything so , I quickly closed the balcony window properly locking it and placed the glass vase back on its place . 

I turned around to move back to my bed sighing at how silly I could be fearing like this and then the foremost thing is  forgetting to lock  the balcony window .   I was moving mindlessly when a hard hand caught the back of my nape pulling me back towards the balcony window  making my heart jump out of my body .
