I briskly walked out of the kitchen in embarrassment.

What did you do Adhvika ?
Why do I have to do it ?
Now what will he think of me?
How I'll be able to look him in the eye?

These questions bombarded in mind as I made my way into the hall . I reached towards them when Maa said , "Beta , the lunch is prepared we should serve it."

I nodded in response and the Rathore ladies also stood up from their places.

"Hum apki help krdete hain." Rajveer's Mom declared with a smile.

(Okay then , we'll help you)

"No no , you must sit." Maa insisted.

"Arey beta , let's help each other as that will save time." This time Dadi spoke and we all agreed to her.

"Men can go in the garden and talk there." Maa said and they all agreed too .

"Anita and Adhvika, you both can play with Rehan we'll do the preparation in minutes." Jaya aunty said to which I replied with an 'Okay'

All the ladies then went to the kitchen for the remaining preparations as I and Anita both went upstairs to my room with Rehan clunh to Anita.

As we reached my room , Anita placed Rehan on the bed then we both also sat beside him .

Rehan was playing with his toy car when Anita initiated a conversation.

"Bhabhi , You are a working woman that's so nice." She said .

"Yes , what are you currently doing?" I asked her.

"Nothing Bhabhi , I am currently studying in college." She replied with a huff.

"What happened aren't you happy there ?" I asked noticing her expressions.

"I am happy but sometimes it gets boring." She replied .
"Oh." I said.

"What kind of work do you do?" She asked me with curious gaze.

"I work online because of Rehan." I replied looking at my baby.

"You know , you both look cute." She grinned.
"And Bhabhi , When will Rehan be going to school." Anita asked.

"I was thinking of admitting him to school in a few days . I've already asked the principal mam she said not to worry and send him to school."

"That will be great." She cheered listening to which Rehan started giggling and clapping .

She watched her with awe expression on her face .
I stood up from there and was about to leave the room .

"Bhabhi, where are you going?" Anita asked.

"I am going in the kitchen to bring food for Rehan here." I replied as she nodded in understanding.

I stepped in the hall when someone grabbed me from my waist and somehow I know who could be doing this.

"Are you enjoying babe , after spanking your soon to be husband." He whispered huskily in my ear and his little scruff tickling my skin.

"Yeah." I said being confident.
"Oh yeah , you know I'll also enjoy after doing more than this ." He whispered this time his lips touching my earlobe.

"Leave me , someone will come." I tapped on his chest afraid of being caught in this state but he seems to not care about it as his hold tightened on my waist pulling me more closer to him as I gasped in shock .

"You know , I like everything about you . Every fucking thing. What are you doing to me Adhvi?" He said his hot breath fanning over my neck .

I opened my mouth to reply but his phone went off startling both of us. He slid his phone out of his pocket while he muttered something under his breath .

Before going he winked at me and smiled that's when I realised my skin was burning hot .

I then made my way downstairs towards the kitchen where the ladies were gathered around talking and doing the preparations.

"Beta , call everyone in the dining room."Maa said when she saw me coming towards the kitchen .

"Yes Maa I'll do it." I replied and then called everyone for the lunch .

I then went upstairs to call Anita and decided to bring both of them downstairs for lunch .

Reaching near my room, I saw both of them happily chatting as Rehan gave some gibberish replies to her questions and laughing while clapping both of his hands.

I opened the door completely,"Anita babe , let's go downstairs Maa is calling." I said blinking my eyes to which she smiled widely .

She stood up from her place and came towards me.

"Sorry Bhabhi."
"For what?" I asked eyeing her.

"For this." She replied pinching my cheeks lightly.

"Maama , Buaaa!!!" Rehan grabbed our attention and we both looked at him .

He was pouting and making grabby hands . My baby loves attention and the fact that he clicked right with Anita as he called her BUAA . Woaahhhh ,these Rathores have some power over my little baby.

I picked up Rehan and we both kissed his each cheeks giggling at his actions.
Then we all made our way towards the door smiling and giggling like lunatics.

In no time , we all reached the dining room where Maa has arranged more chairs and everyone were still seated on their chairs chatting about random stuff.

But my eyes darted towards him who was already looking at me , his gaze so intense. It feels like he is undressing me under his gaze.

"Look there they come , come fast food is getting cold." Jaya Maa announced as she looked at us .

We reached our tables and everything was so perfect and even the man who is still looking at me.

"Maa should I help?" I asked my mom as she was serving the memebers.

"No beta , you should sit and eat." She smiled looking at me.

I was about to sit beside Anita but Rehan was already by her side eating and talking with her.

The only seat left was beside Rajveer , so I sat beside him and everyone started taking their food silently as Maa served them one by one.

We all then took our lunch silently . Rehan blabbering something which made everyone laugh and giggle but the man beside me never kept his eyes off me while I was smiling , talking or laughing .

"Okay Bhen ji , jald hi milte hain apse." Jaya maa greeted my mom as they both hugged each other while the other members were ready to leave .

- [will meet you soon sister.]

"Take care Rehan baby and Bhabhi you too." Anita kissed Rehan's cheeks and side hugged me.

I hugged her back and Rehan did the same following me.

I took blessing from the Male elders and then my eyes searched for his last glimpse as they all bid goodbyes to us .

Finally , I saw him taking blessings from as Rhan ran to him and he picked him up kissing his cheeks . Rehan also reversed his actions by kissing him on his cheeks .

I smiled internally at the thought of the bond they are already forming.

He then finally looked at me but didn't say anything instead watched and watched no one but me .

"Let's go beta otherwise you'll be late for meeting ." Dadi turned towards him while saying the words.

"Haan bhai , apni patni ko toh kabhi bhi dekh skte ho par meeting baar baar ni na ho skti ." Anita spoke loudly for every single person to hear which made everyone to laugh at her choice of words . My cheeks heated up at her remark and I saw him looking at me his left lip twitching upwards as if holding his smile.

- [ yes brother , you can watch your wife anytime but you can't do the meeting again and again.]

"Accha ji , now we'll take our leave." Dadi folded her hands and greeted Maa.

They all then bid goodbye not before blessing Rehan and me.

I then went upstairs with Rehan as Maa got a call and she headed towards her room but not before giving me a teasing smile.

I reached upstairs and saw Rehan already asleep so I put him on ky bed and lay beside him looking at the ceiling .

Many questions popping in mind and then vanishing as they come and go . The circle goes on and on . Deep down in my heart there is still a hole , a deep and dark hole which can't be filled with anything .

Thinking of the bad past , tears brimmed my eyes blurring my vision .

A few moments later I realised a beeping sound coming from my phone .

I wiped my tears with the back of my hand and unlocked my phone .

My heart skipped a beat after seeing the messages that were from "HIM".
