I reached the apartment still blushing and giggling at his words . He is such a teasing person and a fun too . I don't know how can someone be this best . He is straight outta from my fictional world .

I opened the door from the spare key and saw no one in the house . Maybe Maa went to park with Rehan , she usually do this whenever I am out of work .

I directly reached the kitchen and drank water while the memories from past few hours replayed in my mind .

But there is something I don't want to remember, the anonymous person . The person I haven't seen before , I don't know who can be he . If Rajveer wasn't able to come at the right time I would have been dead by now .

The thought only made me want to puke , that disgusting man his disgusting hands . I took a long breath and went straight into my room .

Placing my purse in its place, I went towards the bathroom .
There is an attached bathroom and a walk in closet near it .

I went inside the bathroom , the whole bathroom is a luxury type with gray marble stone covering the surfaces of the vanity and there is a glass door seperating the one side of bathroom from the pool type bath tub which is near the tinted glass window .

Taking off ny clothes I switchef on the tap and sinked inside the bath tub as the water turned luke warm . Pouring my favourite fruit body gel , I started pooking outside the window .

The back garden can be seen from here , as it it a three storey building but a huge one .
At night the view of the city lights looks breath taking .

There are different types of birds around flying freely . Sometimes I think of becoming a bird and fly far away from everyone that no one could ever ve able to find me . I just to drown in the orange rays of the setting sun and watch the dolphins play around in the ocean waters .

I want to fly as high as I could and watch the earthly people wandering for their purposes , some are trapped in the sadness and some are trapping the innocents . These selfish and greedy people would not be able to think in the proper way , they will be never be able to think about the others - never.

I also want to be free from this selfish world full of lies but somewhere I think there are people who can show you the true sympathy , some are like the cool wind which soothes your wounds.

I didn't remember how much time I was seated like this and the tears were pouring down my cheeks .

I quickly took my bath , wore my clothes and came back in my bedroom when I listened some noises downstairs.

Rehan and Maa are back from their little trip to park and hearing the happy voices of Rehan a smile formed on my lips .

I quickly got ready and wore my PJS , its not that I do not wear traditional but sometimes I don't want to wear the heavy clothings .
And after the birth of Rehan I started wearing the comfortable clothes and that made me more habitual of these type of clothes .

I descended downstairs and saw Rehan and Maa sitting on a couch with mobile phone in Maa's hand and then I got that she is face timing someone.

I reached near her and heard a manly voice from the other end.

"See Avyaan , Adhvika is also here talk to her." Maa guided her phone towards me and there I saw Avyaan bhaiya.

My massi is childless so she adopted Avyaan a few years back when he was eighteen and then went aboard for his further studies.

"Hello Bachi." He waved at me , behind him is his bedroom and maybe he is sitting near the window pane.

"I am not Bachi." I replied rolling my eyes . He is funny and the best brother that I always desired for.

"Yes you are , shortie." He grinned making me fume in anger.

"I am not Shortie okay ,I am 5'6." I replied with a pout.
"That is also short." He grinned more this time showing his tongue to me.

I did the same with him .
"Maamu.." Rehan started wiggling in Maa's hold. I guided the phone at him .

"Yes mera Bacha." Avyaan replied cooing at the same time.

"Aaaaooooooo...." Rehan started making some sounds and put his left hand's thumb in his mouth.
"Don't do that Baby." Avyaan said and Rehan agreed to him and put his thumb out from his mouth.

"Adhvika , kesi ho tum?" He asked this time to me . I sat beside Massi as Rehan was sitting on her lap.

(How are you?)

"I am good , aap btao." I smiled . He cares for me so much and I love him to the moon and back.

"I am good too." He stated.
"Maa , when are you coming then tell me?" He asked this Maa as she huffed in annoyance.

"I told you na Beta , I have to do some works." She replied to him as I listened to their conversation with great interest and Rehan did the same .
"What are you both talking about?" I asked Maa.

"Nothing beta , He wants me to visit him but I can't go leaving you here alone. I am afraid." She replied to my question .

"But Maa , this is not some work okay . You directly say that you want to be with shortie." He rolled his eyes and irritation reflecting from his face.

"Maa you go na , its not good you have to visit this Monkey." I said to Maa.

"But beta , I have to fix your maariage na." She replied making my eyes wide with shock . She is in so much hurry to marry me .

"What mom ? This was the reason . You can come here after that okay ? Promise kro aap." He said and I saw a flicker of excitement on his face.

"But beta-" she was about to start her lecturing when he cut her in mid sentence.
"Promise maa atleast ten days please." He pouted .

"Okay , par pehle iski shadi fix krungi fir aungi." She glared at him .

(Firstly , I will fix her wedding then I'll come there.)

"Huff , apko manana kitna mushkil hai." He huffed making me chuckle .

(You are so stubborn that Its so difficult for us to persuade you)

"Tumhare jaisi hi hun." She replied which made me burst out laughing like a maniac.

"Shut up shortie , I am waiting for your response Maa." He said and then waved us good bye , sent fly kiss for Rehan and then cut the call.

"Huff , yeh ladka bhi na." She sighed.

"No problem Maa , everything will be fine . Why are you taking so much tension?" I asked while cupping her cheeks.

"Beta , I am your Maa so the reason is clear." She replied.

"You are right but still I am an adult I'll take care if myself well . I promise that I'll ensure the safety of Rehan and me too." I ensured her .
"Okay , but first let's talk about your wedding. I'll ask Rathore ladies and then the meeting will be held soon ." She explained carefully.

I didn't reply anything but nod in response.

"Date kesi rahi vese ?" She asked out of blue.

(Did your date went well?)

"It was fine." I replied but didn't dig more into this conversation ws I don't want to make her worry about me.

"Then did you like Rajveer?" She asked and smiled teasingly.

"Uh-I." I wasn't able to form the right words to answer this question .
"So I'll take it as a yes from you. I am going to call Jiya you take care of Rehan till then." She stood up and went towards her room giggling by herself leaving me behind there with Rehan .

I shook my head at her behaviour as she is so excited.

I picked up Rehan from the couch and moved towards kitchen .

"Mamaa." He spoke as I made him sit on the kitchen counter.

"Yes baby?" I asked as I put on my apron.

He shook his head in a nod and started watching me with his foe eyes. I passed him a smile and he giggles and clapped in response .

I made an orange juice for all of us .
I put his share in his baby cup and gave it to him .
I put Maa's share in the refrigerator and drank mine .

Rehan finished the juice and I cleaned the dishes.
"Come bacha." I picked him up in my arms after finishing my work and moved back into the hall .

As I came back, Maa was sitting on the couch smiling and watching something on her phone.

"What happened Maa ? You look happy." I asked .
"Yes beta , I am and you know why?" She asked and I sat beside her.

"Why? Did you hit some lottery?" I asked in confusion. I don't know what she is happy about.

"They are coming tomorrow at our house for fixing up the wedding date." She explained making me surprised as how these ladies are in so hurry and over excited at the same time.

"What ?" I asked despite the fact that one corner of my heart is also excited.
"Yes Beta." She replied making me nod .

"We should prepare dinner now its already late." She stood up and walked towards the kitchen.

"I am going to make Rehan bath first." I shouted so that she could listen.

"Okay , but don't start playing with him." She replied with the same energy as mine.

"Chlo baby , let's take bath." I picked up Rehan in my arms and he hugged me back.

"Hmmm..." He replied humming all the way to the bathroom.

As we both reached his room , I took out his clothes and then in the bathroom where his mini bathtub is already set in yhe far corner just like mine but small in size.

"Are you ready baby?" I smiled at him and he did the same.
"Yeaah!! Mama." He shouted and giggled .

I put him in the bath tub and washed the dirt off him .

After giving him a bath - without any playing in water , I set him on the stool in his closet .

He chose himself the colour - just like his father he is also very picky about his clothing style . I made him wear his choice of PJs which were the same colour as mine , so my baby wants to do twinning with his mom .

I smiled at him , set his hair and then we both walked out if the room . Their was a sweet and delicious aroma hitting my nostrils as Maa is making the dinner in kitchen .

We both descended down the stairs , Rehan giggling and me playing along with him and smiling at his cute behaviour .

"Agye tum dono , betho maine tumhare favourite Rajmah bnaein hain." Maa came into the view in our mini dining room with four chairs .

"Yuppy , My favourite Rajmah." I squealed with happiness. Rehan started laughing at my behaviour.

We all settled down on the tables and started taking our dinner.

"Kal tum Saree pehnogi ya suit mujhe btado mai nikal ke rkhdungi." She asked me while taking her dinner.

(What you'll wear tomorrow tell me , saree or suit ?)

"Sareee nikal dena aap." I replied .

(Take out saree for me)

"But you don't know how to wear it." She claimed and I looked at her . I know that I'll not be able to wear saree but I am doing it for him , when he will see me in saree his reaction will be worth watching .

"You can help me na." I whined but inside I want to smile at the thought of him and dance in happiness .

"Okay sure I'll." She exclaimed.
I nodded and then we dig into our dinner .

After we took dinner , I helped maa in the kitchen while Rehan was sitting on the couch watching his favourite Tom & Jerry show .

"Meri pyaari beti." Maa cupped my face in her palms and kissed my forehead.

"So jao ab jaldi uthna hai subha." She said making me nod.

(Sleep tight , you have to wake up early tomorrow)

We both came back to the living room where Rehan was sitting watching the show , i reached near him and saw him already asleep .

I smiled and picked him in my arms , he stirred in his sleep but didn't open his eyes .

Maa switched off the TV and smiled at me , I did the same and then walked upstairs where our room are located .

Rehan's room is just beside my room , I entered his room and placed him on the bed giving him a good night kiss and switched off the lights , closing the door softly.

I came into my room , switching on the bed side lamp I took out my laptop from the side drawer and started doing my work .

I was engrossed in my work completely when my phone pinged with notifications.

I unlocked my phone and the messages were from an unknown number .

He saw my message and then I clicked my phone off , blushing at his flirting skills.

Closing my laptop as it was already late I slipped in ky comforters and switchef off lamps not knowing when I drifted in deep slumber.

The next morning I woke up early did my daily routine and made Rehan bath .

Afterwards I took bath and Maa came in hurry taking out my saree and helped me wear it .

"Wow meri Bachi , you look very pretty." Maa said and put a dot of kajal behind my ear.

"Nazar na lage meri bachi ko." Saying this she turned me towards the mirror and really this was so pretty.

"Maama pretti pretti..." Rehan started saying his words gibberish and slapped his hand on his mouth dramatically.

Maa and I looked at him in awe and then Maa put a dot of kajal behind his ear too . He was wearing the same colour as mine.

I kissed him on both of his cheeks and Maa went downstairs as Rita di was calling her .

I started watching out of my balcony when I saw two black matte mercedes with tinted windows enter the iron gate of our house.

I looked at it as they parked in the parking area of our building. The whole Rathore family stepped out of the car and there was he wearing the black three piece suit radiating a different kind of energy.

He might have felt my stare at him as he looked up to see me. My heart skipped a beat at his dark stare , cheeks started burning and the blush started spreading towards my neck as I can feel it .

The whole family might have entered the building as I am not able to see it from here .

After some time , Maa came hurriedly into my room .

"Beta , come fast they've arrived and are waiting for you." She said and we both along with Rehan descended down the stairs.

The whole Rathore family was seated in our living room and there he was staring me . It was like the whole moment paused and there were only both of us .

I snapped back to reality when Rehan yelled,"Daddddaa."

"Yes baby." He replied and picked him up as we have already reached them .

I was about to take blessings from all the elders but they didn't allow me to and hugged me instead.

The males of the family were seated on one side and the ladies on the another side.

I sat beside Anita , Rajveer's cousin sister and we all started talking about the random stuff but I was feeling an intende stare from that someone.

I looked up at him and I was right he was already looking at me without even blinking his eyes.

"Bhabhi , you look beautiful." Anita exclaimed and I said a Thank you with my smile instead.

Later , the snacks were served to them by Rita di .

"Now we must talk about their marriage then." Dadi said to which everyone agreed.

"Firstly, let the kids talk about it." She exclaimed.
"Yes , both of you can go now , Adhvika take him to your room." Maa said this time making me nod .

"Aur haan , your decision must be a Yes and then we will ask Pandit ji to visit today only for fixing up your marriage." Jiya aunty said and everyone smiled excitedly.

As I was asked I took Rajveer into my room upstairs and Rehan was with Anita playing with her as they both got a good company with each other. He seems to love Anita too.

As I walked towards my room , I can still feel him walking behind me like a lost puppy and staring straight into my soul .

"Here." I turned towards him and said.
He gave me a nod , we both entered into my room as the door closed behind me he captured me in between his arms.

"W-what happened." I gulped audibly staring into his deep ocean of eyes and my heart went to a marathon.

I was looking for an answer from him but he snaked his warm hands on my exposed waist making me flinch and pulled me so close that my hands went on his hard chest. My heart started racing and his was too .

"Aap toh mera qatal karke hi manegi." He spoke softly and my cheeks heated up more and more .

"Can I hug you?" He asked like a gentleman he is.
I stared into his eyes for a moment and pulled him in a hug and I can sense that he is smiling at my confidence.

I hugged him tight and he too , he warm body making my body feel more hot under his touch . His hug is the most peaceful thing in this world.

After sometime we both pulled back and my cheeks were on fire , I looked everywhere but him .

He lifted my face towards him to look me in my eye and then came dangerously close to me .

"Agar apko roz aise dekhna ho toh mai kahi mar hi na jaun." He whispered in my ear and kissed there making me blush more and more.
