My eyes fluttered open and saw the ceiling of white colour but I was in the garden looking for Rehan . I sat on the bed in jerk and looked around my surroundings.

I saw Jaya aunty and Dadi sitting beside my bed with Rehan sound asleep in jaya aunty's arms . When they saw me Dadi put her hands on my head .

"Beta are you ok ?" She asked .
"Yes Dadi but Rehaa-" I choked while speaking .

"He is ok beta , I told your Massi maa and she was relieved that you were with us." Dadi replied while stroking my hair .

My vision blurred with unshed tears and I felt my lips trembling again .
Suddenly a manly hand came and wiped my eyes . I looked at the source but couldn't figure out the face as more tears were making their way out .

"Arey Beta , Don't cry." Jaya aunty said .
I wiped my tears away and looked behind me to figure out the man but saw no one there .

I focused in front of me as Dadi came and sat on my bed taking my head in her lap consoling me .

"You are like my daughter Adhvika , Never cry I can't see you breaking yourself." She whispered as she stroked my hair and My heartbeat started normalising.

"Beta if you say my son can drop you home." Jaya aunty said with concern.

"No problem aunty , I can manage." My voice croaked.

"No beta , she is right you should take care of yourself , we can't put risk on you and your baby." Dadi said now looking in my eyes .

"But Dadi -" I tried to say but Dadi put her hand on my mouth .

"You must listen to us beta." She said and Jaya aunty nodded in yes.

"Okay Dadi." I replied while nodding .

As I completed My sentence , Rehan woke up and started crying and wiggling in Jaya aunty's arms .

"Shhh beta ." I stroked his hair but he didn't stop crying.

"Mumma... Daddd.." He started speaking continuously. But the words from his mouth made me happy as hell but the word dad made my heart clench in pain .

"Breathe , Adhvika." Dadi said from behind when I noticed that I was holding my breath .

"Shhh baby , Mumma is here ." I cooed.

He finally looked at me with teary eyes and made grabby hands . I picked him up and he put his head on my shoulder clutching my dupatta in his little hands .

"Beta , let's go your Maa will be worrying its already late." Jaya aunty said and we all stood up from the bed .

We all walked outside the main lobby towards the parking lot , Rehan in my arms .

I reached my car and then a manly hand came in view opening the passenger door for me . I think he took the keys from reception desk .

I looked up at him , his sharp chiseled jawline , light stubble , his well tailored suit fitting him like a second skin and most importantly his manly frame . My Frame is so small in front of his even if I wear my heels .

I was in my own land and then he looked up at me , his dark eyes meeting mine sending a shiver in my body . I couldn't even look at him in the eye because of his dark eyes staring into my soul , my heartbeat suddenly rose .

"Beta Go , we called our driver and he is coming in 5 minutes." Dadi said and I looked up at her and nodded .

I side hugged both the ladies as they blessed me and my baby .

After bidding them good bye  , I walked towards my car door  which was held open by him still looking at me .

I didn't look at him and was about to sit on the seat when his hand came towards Rehan . I looked up at him with questioning gaze .

"Let me hold him ." His whiskey voice sent electric sparks in my mind .
Just four words from him and my heart forgot its job in a second .

I nodded and gave Rehan to him . He picked Rehan holding the baby just close to his heart strokinh his back .

I settled on my seat and he made Rehan seat on my lap . He closed my side's door and in two long strides he was on his side door .

The door the car opened and he settled himself turning on the ignition.

His eyes were focused on the road and we didn't speak much .

Rehan stirred in sleep and his eyes wide open in a second maybe because of his uncomfortable position .

He then turned his head and body towards the man who was totally focused on the road .

"No baby , sit properly." I said to him in almost a whisper and the man next to me have noticed it as he was now looking at us . I saw him from the corner of my eye ,  turning his face towards the road again .

"Dadddd." Rehan shouted and stood up in my lap leaving me flabbergasted at his statement to the man .

"Baby , behave yourself." I whispered sternly but who listens to me . He didn't stop wiggling in my arms .

I tried controlling him and making him sit on my lap .
"Mummaaa!!.... Nooooo...noooo." He whined and shouted.

We were in our own world him shouting and me scolding him to behave when a manly hand came to Rehan's cheeks and started stroking them .

I looked at him with my lips parted in surprise but he didn't mind my reaction .

"That's like my Daddd." Rehan said in gibberish and giggled while jumping happiness.

I heard a light chuckle from my side and saw the man , he was so beautiful while doing so .

When he spotted me looking at him he cleared his throat and started driving the car but still stroking my baby's cheek .

The whole car ride went by Rehan blabbering something and me scolding him not to do so .

The car came to a halt in front of my penthouse and the man strode towards my passenger gate opening it and picking Rehan again in his arms now cupping his cheeks .

I looked at both of them and mentally slapped my forehead .

"Love you Dadd and Don't tell this to mumma." Rehan tried to whisper in his ears but I heard it .

I crossed my arms over my chest .
"I HEARD IT ! Rehan." I fake glared at my little one who was now pouting. He behaves like girls now .

I again heard a chuckle from the man standing in front of me and my heart skipped a beat .

"Take care Rehan." He said in his husky voice and then let Rehan walk towards me .

Rehan waved him bye and stood beside me .

"May I ?" The man asked showing the car keys in a gesture of asking to take the car .

I didn't reply but nodded and his lips twitched a bit . He fuckinggg !  smiled at me .

I drove off the car and I took Rehan towards the elevator of the building.

This whole building has about three stories and a terrace .

We both reached the second floor which is a private one only Rita di can enter . Me and Rehan were walking hand in hand in the corridor as all the scenes from the past few hours were repeating in my mind .

We both reached the door and opened it .
Rehan entered First and I was behind him after locking the door properly.

I turned around on my heels to walk in the dinner area to meet Maa but instead I saw and my eyes widened with shock written clearly on my face.
